This place was mind-blowing! The location was super convenient with a tube station and bus stop nearby, and a jaw-dropping Tesco just around the corner. The charming building and garden created a delightful atmosphere, and the apartment itself was fantastic. We loved having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, and the fact that towels and sheets were provided was a bonus. The host was extremely accommodating, even giving us a small discount due to our airline strike. It felt like a safe neighborhood, and having a washing machine was a game-changer. The kitchen/living area was a great space to relax in after being in small hotel rooms. The communication with the host was easy and overall, our stay was absolutely fantastic!

The lady who greeted us, Gosia, was incredibly nice and helpful, ensuring our stay was pleasant. The apartment had good wifi and heating, which made us feel comfortable during our stay. we would highly recommend this apartment for its great location and friendly service.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Kensington & Chelsea 2 Bed Zone 1 Apartment! The location was incredibly convenient, with the tube station and several stores, including a 24hr supermarket, just a short walk away. We were thrilled to find that major museums like the Natural History Museum and the Science Museum were also nearby. The property itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the kitchen utensils we needed. The added bonus of a washer was a lifesaver for our traveling team. Having two bathrooms was also a major plus. Despite our delayed arrival, the property team was understanding and accommodating. The thermostat worked well, providing much-needed warmth during the cold weather. it was an excellent value for our family group of 2 parents and 5 children, fitting us all comfortably.

Great value for the money, the room was warm, cosy, and well-equipped. Convenient location with easy access to public transportation and a nearby supermarket. The staff was responsive and allowed for early check-in.
